The Southern Rockies Conservation Alliance Internet Map Server was created to provide advanced GIS tools to alliance member groups through the use of ESRI's ArcIMS software.  The service was able to bring together data layers from many federal and state agencies in a single map service allowing for a detailed analysis of proposed projects on public lands.
